After lighting up for K-pop boy band Exo a couple of days earlier, the Burj Khalifa was once again put back to work as it celebrated France's victory over Croatia in the World Cup final on Sunday night.

Growing with France's colours of blue, white and red, those around Downtown Dubai couldn’t have missed the result as the Burj Khalifa displayed the final score of 4-2 before congratulating them on their win.

For those who weren't in town and weren't able to catch it, here’s a gif shared by the French ambassador to the UAE, Ludovic Pouille:

Here is also a video of the event:

Of course, the Burj Khalifa isn't the only landmark that celebrated. Other famous ones in Paris were also lit up in the country's colours. This is only the second time the country has won the World Cup. Their last victory came in 1998 when they were led by Zinedine Zidane.
