There's a restaurant called Pacific Groove, which serves Californian cuisine, with sizzling grilled seafood, woodfired steaks, fresh salads and a Raw bar. While Flashback is the speakeasy bar & lounge that serves custom cocktails in an intimate Hollywood setting.

This is the Carole suite, inspired by Carole Lombard. The hotel also has a screening room, which is a private cinema and a stage for live entertainment with a side of bites and bubbles. Launched with a private screening of a UAE produced film, Paramount Screening Rooms aims to support, recognise and celebrate the regional film industry, as well as young and independent filmmakers.
