The Dubai Mall to host a 'mega sale' this week with reductions of up to 90 per cent

The Dubai Mall is set to host a "mega sale" this week, with discounts of up to 90 per cent.

To celebrate the start of the Dubai Fitness Challenge, the three-day sale will run from Thursday, October 29 to Saturday, October 31.

There will be up to 90 per cent off sports, health and wellness brands at the mall, and up to 75 per cent off on fashion, beauty and jewellery buys.

The stores will be open from 10am until midnight on each of the three days.

No specific store names have been confirmed by the mall, but a statement promises "some of the biggest names in fashion, fitness and wellness" will be taking part.

The 2020 Dubai Fitness Challenge

The Dubai Fitness Challenge is back for its fourth year. The fitness initiative, launched by Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed, Crown Prince of Dubai, is set to run a mix of virtual and physical events from Friday, October 30 to Saturday, November 28.

The event asks residents across the emirate commit to 30 minutes of exercise daily, for 30 days – hence why it is often dubbed the 30x30 Challenge.

There are thousands of fitness options available to take part in, and the best part is the sessions are all free.

With offerings across a number of categories – from yoga and HIIT classes, to spinning, Zumba and boxing, as well as meditation and nutritional sessions, the events focus on both physical and mental wellness.
