My favourite city is Dubai. As unbelievable as it sounds, I'm Emirati but I have never been to Burj Khalifa. It's not about the skyscrapers for me, it's about the soul of the city and its people.
When it comes to food, my Kryptonite is French fries. Please don't judge me, it's the one thing I can't resist.
I have a weird relationship with shoes. I relate my shoes to specific events in my life. For example, I have a shoe that's worn out, but it reminds me of the day I did my first backflip.

Real estate tokenisation project
Dubai launched the pilot phase of its real estate tokenisation project last month.
The initiative focuses on converting real estate assets into digital tokens recorded on blockchain technology and helps in streamlining the process of buying, selling and investing, the Dubai Land Department said.
Dubai’s real estate tokenisation market is projected to reach Dh60 billion ($16.33 billion) by 2033, representing 7 per cent of the emirate’s total property transactions, according to the DLD.
