This 3,336-square-foot property is located in Palma Residences, a new community consisting of 102 villas on a private beach. This is a “Type B” villa, the largest of the properties on offer.
Pros
We love the balconies overlooking the beach. And although it doesn’t meld very well into the overall look of The Palm, we’re fans of the blue-and-white themed architecture, which has a Greek-island feel to it. You also get a good-sized stretch of lawn, which leads directly onto the beach, and access to a large community pool.
Cons
If we were being super picky, we’d prefer the wooden finishes in the bedrooms to be a bit darker. But that’s nit-picking.
