Marina Social Dubai, set within the InterContinental hotel in Dubai Marina and run by Michelin-starred restaurateur Jason Atherton, is to host a special one-off evening on Thursday, November 9.
For the first time, the head chefs from Atherton’s three Michelin-starred London restaurants will come together in the Marina Social kitchen (which is open plan, if you fancy a chat with whoever’s cooking your food) to create a five-course menu for UAE diners.
Paul Walsh, who is head chef at London’s City Social, will be joining forces with Paul Hood, of Social Eating House, and Atherton himself, who heads up the kitchen at Pollen Street Social and needs no introduction. His empire of world class eateries continues to grow and Marina Social Dubai has been a favourite with local foodies since its opening two years ago.
Walsh has been a top chef for nearly two decades and Hood has served his time working alongside the likes of Jamie Oliver and Australian celebrity chef, Ben O’Donoghue. The resulting experience, organisers are promising, will be “phenomenal”.
The dinner commences at 7:30pm and costs Dh950 per head for five courses, refreshments and canapés upon arrival. For reservations, email info@marinasocialdubai.com or call 044 446 6664.
