Go Solo and learn how to whip up a tasty Italian meal at Raffles Dubai masterclass

Learn to get your pasta al dente with an Italian cooking class at Solo Dubai. The restaurant, located at Raffles Hotel, is holding classes each Saturday, until May 20, with each of the eight sessions focusing on a different aspect of Italian cuisine.

Led by Chef Doxis and his culinary team, participants will learn how to make meat, seafood, ­pizza and pasta dishes from scratch.

The cooking experts will demonstrate professional culinary skills and techniques in a fun, interactive afternoon behind the scenes in the Solo kitchen.

At the end of the masterclass, each of the participants will sit down alongside their fellow foodies for a private meal in the Solo restaurant and enjoy the tasty meal they have worked hard in the kitchen to prepare.

Each class accommodates up to six people and is priced at Dh300 (with soft drinks) and runs from 11.30am to 2pm.
