Food creativity and designer eating has taken on a whole new meaning at the new Molecule restaurant in Dubai.
The latest addition to the Dubai Design District food hub, Molecule provides an all-round dining experience combining culinary creativity and design. "It's a place where creators meet and makers eat," according to the restaurant owners.
Molecule is championing the idea of Bistronomy, the latest food movement gaining a following in the UAE.
The D3 restaurant has partnered with interior design gurus to “mesmerise” their guests, while in the kitchen executive chef Udo Moreau offers the creativity on the plate.
Having worked in as many as eight Michelin star kitchens across Europe, Moreau is serving up a fresh, unique dining experience. Dishes include burrata, carrot gazpachio, beef tartare, chilean seabass and lamb rack.
