Chef Pascal has left Amalfi Italian restaurant at Le Royal Meridien

Chef Pascal Sfara has abruptly left Amalfi, the Italian restaurant in Le Royal Meridien Abu Dhabi. No word on why – or where the chef has gone – but the hotel tells us the new head chef will be announced after Ramadan, during which Amalfi will be closed.
