Sephora's UAE stores and website will update their skin, hair and cosmetics stable with a range of new brands and collections, including New York's all-natural haircare company Briogeo and the full collection of Nudestix products. See our gallery above for price points, and read on to find out more about the 10 launches we're most excited about.
Briogeo haircare is finally available in the UAE
The American haircare brand has been getting rave reviews internationally for its six-free haircare – which essentially means it has no artificial dyes, sulfates, silicones, phthalates and DEA – all ingredients that do your mane no favours. The range offers solutions for various hair issues and types, but if you’re wondering where to start, the Don’t Despair, Repair deep-conditioning mask comes highly recommended.
Boscia Cactus Water Cream
A light, gel-consistency moisturiser, this gets its name and hydrating properties from the rare Queen of the Night cactus. It can be used day or night, and promises to sit well under make-up as well. It sinks in quick, and can be used by all skin types.
Cover Shot Eye Palettes from Smashbox
These little palettes pack quite a punch. Don’t be fooled by the size – they offer eight pigmented and smooth shadows with different finishes. There are a few different colour combinations available, making the pack ideal to have on the go.
Beautyblender’s Holiday Kits
If you love this brand's little magical make-up-blending sponge, take advantage of its kits – either the single or the four pack - all which come with mini cleansing soaps that look like candy canes and smell like peppermint.
Glamglow Instamud 60 second Pore-Refining Treatment
The brand’s latest offering promises to work for all skin types to refine pores and even skin tone in a minute. This oxygenating treatment contains bentonite, witch hazel and aloe vera, among other ingredients, and sounds like a great quick fix before a night-out.
Kat Von D Ink Well Liner
If you like experimenting with colourful eyeliners, the tattoo artist’s make-up line offers a few unique shades worth trying - especially the red and green hues. The liner promises to be extremely long-wearing, highly pigmented, waterproof, transfer-proof and smudge-proof. The brush is incredibly fine and will work well for creating a super-thin, thick or winged liner.
Origins Clear Improvement Charcoal Honey Mask
An upgrade on the charcoal mask, one of the brand’s bestsellers, this potion contains honey – and smells like it, too. Its consistency is not too thick, which means it is easy to apply and remove, and claims to purify the skin without drying it out. Suitable for all skin types, it is a gentle treat for the skin.
Shiffa Amuse
This one has me particularly excited, having never seen anything like it. The homegrown beauty brand is launching a mask for the smile lines on your face. It comes as a pack of treatments, which you leave on for three hours a day for two weeks, to help smooth them out.
Nudestix is bringing its entire range to the Middle East
This brand was essentially created for women on the go. While you may have seen a few of the offerings in stores, the entire range will now be available at Sephora stores in the Middle East. The line features multitasking products in pencil and stick form and comes in a variety of colours, which can be used as lipstick, blush, eyeshadow, or all three. The hues are mostly neutral and classic, making it easy to use even for makeup newbies.
Tom Ford Extreme
The luxury brand has exclusively launched its Extreme cosmetic collection at Sephora. It features luxurious metallic lip laquers, and buttery and intensely pigmented eyeshadow singles, with both products available in an exciting range of colours.
The products will be available at Sephora Middle East stores, or online at www.sephora.ae
