Prada’s limited-edition bags for Ramadan come with precious stones and jewelled chains

For Ramadan, Prada will unveil a series of special-edition bags that are inspired by emeralds, rubies and sapphires. Drawing both names and colours from their namesake gemstones, the bags will be crafted in luxurious velvet, leather and exotic skins, and decorated with precious stones and gold details, with removabe straps, as well as a collection of detachable bejewelled chains for versatility.

The Middle East will also witness the first release of Prada’s new Frame bag, which will be presented in ruby red and emerald green ostrich versions as well as a sapphire blue crocodile edit, each marked with a special Middle East inner tag.

Serious bag collectors will also be interested to hear that the crocodile version is limited to just one piece each in the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar and Saudi Arabia.
