Paris Hilton has a little extra sparkle in her newest music video, courtesy of one of the region's celebrity-beloved designers.
The heiress and reality TV star sports a dress by Kuwaiti couturier Yousef Al Jasmi in the video for her latest single, I Blame You.
Hilton, 39, plucked a shimmering silver mini dress from the designer's eponymous collection, as seen in the video which was released on October 18.
It is the first single that the multi-hyphenate socialite, who has also worked as a model and actress, has released this year.
She first broke into the music scene in 2006 with the track Stars are Blind, and has since released one studio album, Paris, as well as singles such as 2018's I Need You and 2019's BFA.
"Paris Hilton always rocks my creations," said Al Jasmi, as he shared clips from the music video with his 1.6 million followers.
The designer has dressed many of the world's most recognisable names, from Gwen Stefani and Britney Spears to Beyonce and Taylor Swift.
Al Jasmi, who established his brand in 2007, has grabbed headlines in recent years for his crystal-encrusted gowns, with Hilton previously donning a number of designs by the namesake brand.
The Simple Life star revealed I Blame You is dedicated to "the love of my life", entrepreneur Carter Reum, who also makes an appearance in the music video.
"I blame you for making me feel like the happiest girl in the world," Hilton wrote on Instagram as the song was released.
"People say that there is a kind of love that is only found once in every lifetime and I just know that you are that for me. I love you in ways you have never been loved, for reasons that you have never been told and I will love you 'til the end of time."

Another way to earn air miles
In addition to the Emirates and Etihad programmes, there is the Air Miles Middle East card, which offers members the ability to choose any airline, has no black-out dates and no restrictions on seat availability. Air Miles is linked up to HSBC credit cards and can also be earned through retail partners such as Spinneys, Sharaf DG and The Toy Store.
An Emirates Dubai-London round-trip ticket costs 180,000 miles on the Air Miles website. But customers earn these ‘miles’ at a much faster rate than airline miles. Adidas offers two air miles per Dh1 spent. Air Miles has partnerships with websites as well, so booking.com and agoda.com offer three miles per Dh1 spent.
“If you use your HSBC credit card when shopping at our partners, you are able to earn Air Miles twice which will mean you can get that flight reward faster and for less spend,” says Paul Lacey, the managing director for Europe, Middle East and India for Aimia, which owns and operates Air Miles Middle East.

A new relationship with the old country
Treaty of Friendship between the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the United Arab Emirates
The United kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the United Arab Emirates; Considering that the United Arab Emirates has assumed full responsibility as a sovereign and independent State; Determined that the long-standing and traditional relations of close friendship and cooperation between their peoples shall continue; Desiring to give expression to this intention in the form of a Treaty Friendship; Have agreed as follows:
ARTICLE 1 The relations between the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the United Arab Emirates shall be governed by a spirit of close friendship. In recognition of this, the Contracting Parties, conscious of their common interest in the peace and stability of the region, shall: (a) consult together on matters of mutual concern in time of need; (b) settle all their disputes by peaceful means in conformity with the provisions of the Charter of the United Nations.
ARTICLE 2 The Contracting Parties shall encourage education, scientific and cultural cooperation between the two States in accordance with arrangements to be agreed. Such arrangements shall cover among other things: (a) the promotion of mutual understanding of their respective cultures, civilisations and languages, the promotion of contacts among professional bodies, universities and cultural institutions; (c) the encouragement of technical, scientific and cultural exchanges.
ARTICLE 3 The Contracting Parties shall maintain the close relationship already existing between them in the field of trade and commerce. Representatives of the Contracting Parties shall meet from time to time to consider means by which such relations can be further developed and strengthened, including the possibility of concluding treaties or agreements on matters of mutual concern.
ARTICLE 4 This Treaty shall enter into force on today’s date and shall remain in force for a period of ten years. Unless twelve months before the expiry of the said period of ten years either Contracting Party shall have given notice to the other of its intention to terminate the Treaty, this Treaty shall remain in force thereafter until the expiry of twelve months from the date on which notice of such intention is given.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the undersigned have signed this Treaty.
DONE in duplicate at Dubai the second day of December 1971AD, corresponding to the fifteenth day of Shawwal 1391H, in the English and Arabic languages, both texts being equally authoritative.
