3DSS: Dubai to hold three-day super sale this weekend with up to 90% off

If you have items on your wish-list and were looking for the right time to hit the mall, here's your chance.

One of Dubai's most popular shopping events, the 3-Day Super Sale (3DSS), is back and will be taking place from Thursday to Saturday.

This will be the first time the bi-annual mega-promotion will be taking place in 2021, and visitors can expect discounts of up to 90 per cent off across lifestyle, beauty, fashion, electronics and more, with more than 1,500 stores and brands taking part.

Some participating department stores include Marks & Spencer, Bloomingdale’s, Debenhams and Galeries Lafayette. Fashion lovers can shop the latest trends from Mango, Etoile, Cos, Bershka and River Island, while men will find deals at Balmain, Calvin Klein, Lacoste, Sacoor Brothers, Gant, Maldini and Pull & Bear. Families, meanwhile, can access savings at Matalan, Lulu, LC Waikiki, Levi’s and H&M.

If you’re thinking of buying bling, jewellery stores will also be taking part in 3DSS, including Jawhara Jewellery, Seddiqi & Sons, Zen Diamonds, Swarovski and Rivoli.

For homeware, discounts will be available at Homes R Us, Think Kitchen, Villeroy & Boch, Chattels & More, Tanagra and Ace.

Perfume specialists Oud Milano, V Perfumes, Abdul Samad Al Qura and Bin Kamal Perfumes will also drop prices, as will electronics shops E-City, Sharaf DG, Virgin Megastore, Harman House, Jackys Electronics and Jumbo.

In addition, here’s a look at some prizes and promotions on offer, to better plan that shopping trip.

The Dubai Mall

The largest mall in the world will be giving one Emirates Skywards member the chance to walk away with a Fenyr SuperSport hypercar and one million Emirates Skywards Miles.

Emirates Skywards members who spend Dh500 in the mall during 3DSS can scan their shopping, dining or entertainment receipts, using The Dubai Mall app, and will be entered into the draw. Winners will be announced on Sunday, May 30.

Dubai Festival City Mall

Residents and visitors who spend Dh500 or more will get the chance to win one of two Festival City gift cards loaded with Dh10,000. To participate, customers need to take their receipts to the mall's customer service desk to register for the draw. More than one receipts will be accepted, but should be dated the same day.

Majid Al Futtaim malls

Shoppers searching for deals at Mall of the Emirates, City Centre Mirdif, City Centre Deira, City Centre Me’aisem, My City Centre Al Barsha and City Centre Al Shindagha stand to win two million Share points (with 10 Share points worth Dh1, to be spent at any participating outlet).

Shoppers who spend Dh100 at any of the participating malls and scan their receipts will be entered into the draw. The winner will land one million Share points and can share the other one million points with five family members and friends.

The Outlet Village

Prices will be dropping by 90 per cent, with additional promotions and offers available. Some brands available in the mall are Armani Outlet, Hugo Boss, adidas, Brand Bazaar and Sacoor Brothers.

The city-wide sale has been organised by Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE), and all participating malls, stores, outlets and branches will need to follow health and safety rules, including social distancing and the wearing of masks at all times.
