Wealth came out as the top driver for employees in the Middle East, which may not surprise some. "But it is new for us because it is the first region in the world we have seen this," says Yiannis Lagos, president for international markets at Humantelligence, the firm that created the survey in partnership with executive recruitment firm Stanton Chase International. "There is no other region where money is the key motivator," added Mr Lagos.
