Dubai Harbour has risen rapidly to become one of the UAE’s most in-demand real estate addresses - and W Residences is further ramping up the attention.
Thriving homegrown developer Arada, in partnership with Marriott International, recently confirmed the Dh5 billion triple-tower project, which it says will join the country’s “striking architectural marvels” upon completion in 2027.
The dynamic addition to Dubai Harbour is being described by Arada as “a statement investment” and a “glorious invitation to a life less ordinary”.
Dubai continues to raise the bar for luxury living and this emerging address has become “the talk” of the local property market, says the developer.
Prime location combined with exemplary amenities, a glamorous design brief, and the promise of the internationally savoured W lifestyle, has put the W Residences at Dubai Harbour in the sights of prime investor circles, including high-net-worth individuals, according to Arada.
W Residences is designed to “take luxury to new heights”, not least through its more than 400 impeccably designed residences. These range from stylish one-bedroom apartments to sprawling five-bedroom penthouses with private rooftop pools.
Floor-to-ceiling windows seek to make the most of the “wow factor” location by framing breathtaking views, while smart home technology and high-end finishes are set to yield a seamless and sophisticated living experience.
The W brand has long been associated with A-list amenities that underpin an upscale, on-trend lifestyle experience.
Those same values will curate W Residences which Arada says will deliver an “unprecedented array of offerings” designed to elevate the lifestyle of the people occupying this new addition to Dubai’s famous skyline.
W Residences will embody the W Hotels brand’s signature “Whatever/Whenever” service philosophy, adding up to a playful and polished lifestyle with exclusive access to W Hotel’s world-class facilities, amid a cosmopolitan community and luxurious finishings.
For a start, residents can dive into the city’s longest infinity pool - it will stretch 200m across the project’s podium level.
There’s also the opportunity to unwind at the exclusive W Lounge, or indulge in fine dining, and work out in a state-of-the-art Wellfit gym, Arada’s popular fitness and wellness brand.
Add to that a recording studio, an in-house cinema and a wellness spa, a sports simulator room, a games room, a yoga and pilates studio, guest suites, co-working spaces, and a kids' club, and there’s a lot to grab and maintain the attention of all who plan to live in these landmark towers.
But with a prime position in the heart of Dubai Harbour, owners and residents will want to head out to explore and enjoy a vibrant city destination Arada places among “the world’s most coveted playgrounds”.
The seafront district is host to a growing number of memorable restaurants and bars, as well as home to the most advanced cruise terminal, and the largest marina in the region.
Dubai Harbour is at the intersection of Palm Jumeirah and Bluewaters Island, and close to some of Dubai’s best-known landmarks and attractions, including Dubai Marina, and popular beaches, such as the sandy shores of Jumeirah Beach Residences.
As well as providing the opportunity to wake up to panoramic views of the iconic skyline of a global city fringed by the glistening Arabian Gulf, the “redefined waterfront luxury” of W Residences promises owners a “stellar” return on investment.
The development is slated to be a spectacular addition to Dubai Harbour, an address where values are soaring.
And a new bridge that will connect 6,000 vehicles an hour to Sheikh Zayed Road for routes to the rest of Dubai is set to make this an even more compelling investment opportunity - as well as a stylish and convenient location to live and play.

Ziina users will be able to use the app to help relief efforts in Beirut, which has been left reeling after an August blast caused an estimated $15 billion in damage and left thousands homeless. Ziina has partnered with the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees to raise money for the Lebanese capital, co-founder Faisal Toukan says. “As of October 1, the UNHCR has the first certified badge on Ziina and is automatically part of user's top friends' list during this campaign. Users can now donate any amount to the Beirut relief with two clicks. The money raised will go towards rebuilding houses for the families that were impacted by the explosion.”
