Etihad Airways has won the Best First Class Cabin at China's 2013 Travel Awards.
Speaking on the occasion, Etihad Airways president and chief executive James Hogan, said, “We are delighted to have won China’s Travel and Leisure award for world’s best first class cabin.
“It caps a stellar year of wins and accolades for the airline notably for our Diamond First Class and is a great reward for the hard work and dedication of our front line staff who, every day, go above and beyond to deliver an exceptional guest experience.”
The award for Best Class Cabin follows Etihad’s clean sweep of the 2013 Skytrax World Airline Awards First Class category in June, when it received all three awards: Best First Class, Best First Class Seats and Best First Class Catering for the second year in a row.
The airline rating website airlineratings.com, earlier named Etihad and Emirates Airline as two of the world's safest airlines in 2013.
