Spotted: Ahead of F1, Tyrese Gibson back in the UAE ... again

Guess who’s back in the UAE? You guessed it, singer/actor Tyrese Gibson has touched down, just in time for the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix weekend.

And making a quiet entrance just wasn’t an option — this guy likes attention nearly as much as he digs the emirates.

The Fast and Furious star was spotted leaving Los Angeles dressed in his now-familiar kandura and headscarf combo on Tuesday (November 24).

The American press predictably made a meal of the outfit. “We’ve never seen Tyrese look like this!” proclaimed website X17.

An Instagram post confirmed the star was also wearing Captain America cartoon socks.

“On my way back to Dubai, going to put my proper attire on, I like to feel safe when I travel — I’ve got my superheroes on my feet,” he said in the video post.

Later posts reveal Tyrese is staying at the brand new The St Regis Dubai, with a selfie from the front steps and a hi-jinx video of tomfoolery from his suite with travel buddy Julious “JJ” Denim.

“My day dot homie’s mind is already shook!

#HabtoorCity my mind is blown — #StRegisHabtoorCity thank you to my father #KhalafHabtoor I’m the first to ever stay in this room..... Brand new hotel!!,” said Tyrese.

The 36-year-old is a ultra-regular visitor to the emirates.

Memorable visits include a birthday Skydive with Will Smith in 2014, filming for Fast & Furious 7 later the same year, and stopping the traffic with a record signing at Yas Mall this July (wearing his kandura, naturally).

“Wheels up. Back to the #UAE for the #Formula 1 races. So much love. I can’t wait to get back to it. See you soon #MyDubai #AbuDhabi,” he told fans in another post.

“#Inshallah this year will be bigger and better than last year. Coming to support my bro #LewisHamilton — @Ludacris you ready?? Aha!!! #WheelsUP!!!!!!!!”.
