Twentieth Century Fox have tweeted the first still photo from the film adaptation of Gillian Flynn's Gone Girl.
Ben Affleck is pictured as the character Nick, standing in front of a poster of his missing wife Amy, played by Rosamund Pike.
“Check out @BenAffleck as Nick Dunne, a suspect seeking the truth in his wife's disappearance in #GoneGirl,” read the studio's posting.
Gone Girl, directed by David Fincher and co-starring Neil Patrick Harris and Tyler Perry, is scheduled for an October 2014 release.

Real estate tokenisation project
Dubai launched the pilot phase of its real estate tokenisation project last month.
The initiative focuses on converting real estate assets into digital tokens recorded on blockchain technology and helps in streamlining the process of buying, selling and investing, the Dubai Land Department said.
Dubai’s real estate tokenisation market is projected to reach Dh60 billion ($16.33 billion) by 2033, representing 7 per cent of the emirate’s total property transactions, according to the DLD.
