Black Sabbath might rock Abu Dhabi
Black Sabbath are strongly tipped to perform in Abu Dhabi next year. Last week, the metal legends announced a swag of 2014 dates on their website, with a performance planned at du Arena for May 29. The Abu Dhabi date mysteriously disappeared from the website not long after. Flash Entertainment, the events company responsible for many of the concerts at du Arena, was not available for comment. Ronan Keating wishes he enjoyed Boyzone days more
The singer Ronan Keating says he wished he had more fun during the initial years of being part of Boyzone. The band were formed in 1993 and initially comprised Keith Duffy, Mikey Graham, Ronan Keating, Shane Lynch and Stephen Gately, until Gately's death in 2009. Keating says he realised he should have enjoyed his stint with the band after dining with the singer Niall Horan, who is part of One Direction. "One Direction came on The X Factor and Niall and I hung out a little bit and went out for dinner. He's a great lad. They're living the dream, but they're working so hard," said Keating. "I know what it's like when you don't get to appreciate what you're doing. I wish we had enjoyed those first six years of Boyzone more, but One Direction look like they're having a good time," he added. – IANS
