An exhibition of multimedia comic art and animation is open to the public until Monday, March 17, at The Space, twofour54.

The show, the result of an eight-week Abu Dhabi Festival initiative titled The Hero Inside: Abu Dhabi, is a collection of works by students from Abu Dhabi schools and New York University Abu Dhabi. It is part of ADF’s ‘Youth at the Festival’ platform, offering young people the chance to share, create and innovate alongside their peers.

The exhibition is curated by the programme’s creative director, Trevor Kweku Blackwood, with support from the illustrator Dr Hosni Mojahed, as well as Amel Al Marzooqi, the Emirati actress, filmmaker and founder of Ancienne Majan Cinematographie.
