Meghan Markle’s podcast with Spotify is set to be released this summer, the music streaming platform has announced.
In a statement on Thursday, Spotify announced the name of the podcast, Archetypes, which will be hosted by the duchess.
The series will "investigate the labels that try to hold women back", Spotify said, revealing that Meghan will "uncover the origin of these stereotypes and have uncensored conversations with women who know all too well how these typecasts shape narratives".
In a teaser for the show, Meghan says: "This is how we talk about women: the words that raise our girls, and how the media reflects women back to us... but where do these stereotypes come from?
"And how do they keep showing up and defining our lives?"
She says: "This is Archetypes, the podcast where we dissect, explore, and subvert the labels that try to hold women back.
"I'll have conversations with women who know all too well how these typecasts shape our narratives.
"And I'll talk to historians to understand how we even got here in the first place."
As well as speaking to the theme of the podcast, the title is a nod to the duchess’s charitable foundation with her husband, Prince Harry, Archewell.
In 2020, Meghan and Harry announced a multi-year partnership between Spotify and their production company Archewell Audio, with the goal to "build community through shared experience, narratives and values."

Muslim Council of Elders condemns terrorism on religious sites
The Muslim Council of Elders has strongly condemned the criminal attacks on religious sites in Britain.
It firmly rejected “acts of terrorism, which constitute a flagrant violation of the sanctity of houses of worship”.
“Attacking places of worship is a form of terrorism and extremism that threatens peace and stability within societies,” it said.
The council also warned against the rise of hate speech, racism, extremism and Islamophobia. It urged the international community to join efforts to promote tolerance and peaceful coexistence.
