When it comes to Oscars after parties, there is one that winners simply do not want to miss, the Governors Ball.
It is there that the winners get their statuette engraved and they party the night away, with a guest list of 1,600.
At the 2020 event, music is coming from Questlove and DJ Kiss and DJ M.O.S., and celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck is in the kitchen feeding Hollywood's finest. It is the 26th year that Puck has catered the event, and this year the menu is 70 per cent vegan.

The Governors Ball is not the only party in town, however. The Vanity Fair Oscars party is already well underway, as is Oscar winner Elton John's 2020 Academy Awards party.

In the village of Mevagissey in southwest England the housing stock has doubled in the last century while the number of residents is half the historic high. The village's Neighbourhood Development Plan states that 26% of homes are holiday retreats. Prices are high, averaging around £300,000, £50,000 more than the Cornish average of £250,000. The local average wage is £15,458.
