C-3PO's head and Darth Vader's helmet go under the hammer

Snowtrooper helmets, the mask of Darth Vader and the head of the robot C-3PO are among 80 props from the Star Wars franchise to be auctioned in London on September 26.

More than 600 lots worth Dh14.2 million from Prop Store’s Entertainment Memorabilia Live Auction will go under the hammer.

Collectors will have the opportunity to acquire a model of the small, maneuverable Y-wing spacecraft. Real estate tokenisation project

Dubai launched the pilot phase of its real estate tokenisation project last month.

The initiative focuses on converting real estate assets into digital tokens recorded on blockchain technology and helps in streamlining the process of buying, selling and investing, the Dubai Land Department said.

Dubai’s real estate tokenisation market is projected to reach Dh60 billion ($16.33 billion) by 2033, representing 7 per cent of the emirate’s total property transactions, according to the DLD.
